Returns
You may return most items sold and fulfilled by Compulsive Audio Group LLC within 14 days of delivery for a refund. A 20% restocking fee will apply if the return is not due to a defect in the product. The restocking fee will be waived if the return is due to a defect or the customer wishes to receive credit towards another item. Custom built items, unless defective, are not returnable. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc. If you need to return an item, simply email us at: customerservice@compulsiveaudio.com for an RMA # and more detailed information on how to return your item. Be sure to include your guitar effect model and serial number in your request. Returned items that are blemished or unsellable may not qualify, so contact us for more information.
Shipping Policy
We ship 5 days a week. We charge a minimal handling fee. We ship through the U.S. Postal Service as well as Fedex and UPS.
Risk Of Loss
In the unlikely event that the shipper loses your package, we will do our best to assist you with finding it or getting reimbursement. However, we can only reimburse you the amount we recover from the shipper. Insuring your package is the only way to receive reimbursement if the package is lost. If you want insurance and tracking, please choose the Fedex or UPS shipment option.
